The reference command-line wallet encrypts key files with a passphrase. The website and explorer never need your private key or passphrase.
requant-wallet keygen my.key --network test requant-wallet balance <testnet-address> --network test requant-wallet history <testnet-address> --network test requant-wallet send my.key <testnet-address> 1.5 --network test
Testnet addresses begin with trq1. Back up the encrypted key file and its passphrase securely.
