The initial reward is 4 RQT. The main emission parameter is 16,777,216 RQT. The perpetual tail pays 0.25 RQT per block; total issuance has no fixed cap.
Development fund
6% of block rewards at heights 1 through 2,097,152 fund development. The rule ends by height, approximately four years at the target interval. Fees go to miners. Genesis issues no coins.
